Order & Payments

Yes & No. This will depend on the product type you have purchased, the change you want to make and how far into production we are. There is a much higher chance of making changes before production; moreover, if the change can be made, it could incur extra cost that would need to be paid before the change could take place.

No. you only need to pay for the order deposit which will be shown at checkout.  This will normally be between 30-50% of the total.

All payments are made by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT Payment).  In some countries, you will be able to bank into our account locally.

Final payment needs to be made one week after production is finished and before delivering to your shipping agent's warehouse or the shipping port.

Production Process

A production can take between 30 to 90 days to complete depending on product type, quantity, supply of RAW materials and other third-party sub-suppliers for parts. You will be updated in our MyProjects system for all information.

Yes, a sample can be made to your requirements. This may take up to 30 days and will be quoted to you.  If you accept the sample fee and postage, all related costs are payable in advance.

Yes. After you have placed your order, we will add you to our MyProjects system where you will be able to provide us with your order requirements. We will also have a list of required details that we will need from you for your production. All progress will be updated timely in MyProjects.

Yes. You can have a video call with us to go over your details and requirements for your order. It is important to note that we only have English, Chinese and French speaking staff at this stage. If you require any other language, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

Yes. All asia2u orders go through our comprehensive Quality Assurance & Quality Control system. Our QA & QC system with highly trained QC team has been in place and tested for over 13 years with excellent results. 

Shipping

All orders are FOB (Free On Board) term only.  We will provide you with all the cargo details for your shipment, then you need a shipping agent/freight forwarder within your country. Your shipping agent arranges your shipment with their Chinese counterpart. If you don't have a shipping agent or can't find one, asia2u will appoint one for you.

The most common and cheapest shipping option is sea freight. However, we can ship by rail, truck or air if such option is available for your destination.

All shipping charges from the exporting port to your importing port and to your final destination are your responsibility and at your own cost.

From the time you place your order, Asia2u Direct will cover the insurance until your goods are delivered to your shipping agent's warehouse or to the exporting port. From this point forward, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility. You will need to have insurance in place to cover the cost of your order during transportation.

This will depend on the destination port and your shipping company's shipping route.  As a guide only, it may take 30 days to 60 days.  We will provide a tracking link of the ship for you to track your shipment online in real time.
